“Brasserie Bij Broer” Gouda is the 2nd restaurant of “Brasserie bij Broer”. The adventure started in 2019 in Waddinxveen and now also at this beautiful location in the heart of Gouda. Since April 2023, Walter is at the helm together with his wife Trudy and they have seen the opportunity to get started in Gouda as well.
At “Brasserie Bij Broer” Gouda you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, if desired served with a nice piece of cake. You can also enjoy a simple lunch based on fresh (regional) ingredients or just enjoy some drinks with fine wines, local beer and some tasty snack.
In the evening it is also possible to dine. From 17:00 the BBQs are on to prepare delicious dishes for you. For example, the spareribs from “Brasserie bij Broer” in Waddinxveen have already become very popular!

From Wednesday to Sunday we are open until 10:00 pm for a delicious dinner. Every week we have a new weekly special and we have an extensive menu with dishes from the BBQ.
